Michael Charlton, Chairman, has been living in Monaco for more than 40 years and reached prominence as owner of numerous winning race horses, landing him in well connected international circles of wealth.
Until 2005 he was also a Director (together with George Soros a.o.) of 100-year-old Singer & Friedlander, one of the UK's last remaining independent merchant banks.
As active as investor and fund raiser, he is in charge of business development and corporate governance. Michael is an expert in strategic planning and Director of GB Trust Company, Monaco.

Peter Panholzer, Head of Allocation Research, worked previously with Conti Canada, part of Continental Grain Company, introducing currencies as an asset class in 1979. His Magnum Program was offered worldwide from Conti's branch in Lugano, Switzerland. In 1984 he joined E.F. Hutton in London Mayfair. In 1992, after starting DynexCorp with offices in Geneva and moving to Monaco, he began a string of advisory relationships with pension funds and private Swiss banks. His current activity started in 2005 after DynexCorp was accepted by Deutsche Bank as counterparty.

Marlene Harrison, Research Analyst, worked previously at Bache Securities, Toronto, Canada; Walwyn, Stodgell, Cochran, Murray, Toronto, Canada; E.F.Hutton & Co, London, UK; and Refco Futures Canada Ltd. She was previously also a partner in Currency Bulletin, a currency advisory service provided by John Percival, former Lex Columnist at the FT and, between 1985 and 1995, a highly successful currency manager at Chescor, London, UK, at that time managing in excess of $500 million.

Jeffrey Boyko, Currency Hedging Stategist, is a Professional Engineer and a Chartered Financial Analyst with membership in the CFA Institute. He is also an affiliate member of the Global Association of Risk Professionals. Jeffrey has been a part of DynexCorp since 1997, first in the United States, then in Europe, and currently in the United States. Jeff is lives in Austin, Texas with his wife Jennifer and two children. He is president of Castle Currency Management, an affiliated company of DynexCorp which focuses on advising about currency risks for corporations.
